Our Story

     Keshia Askew began her quest as a business owner while pursuing her undergraduate degree.  One class increased her fascination with websites to find out how they attract and retain the attention of individuals.  In 2008, she decided to expand her talents and take on the task of managing and redesigning a local church website (free).  The visualization and the word of mouth from the client increased her client list and in 2011, TDA Web Design & Consulting (TDA Web) was launched.   As a small business dedicated to the needs of its clients offering flexible consulting hours, TDA Web offered website design tailored to each customer with accuracy and attention to details.

     Keshia continued to design websites, while working full-time as a procurement office for a local university until 2011, she shifted careers and begin working for a federal government contractor seeking to increase her chances to secure a position within the Federal Government.  Before that dream could be realized, in October 2013 the U.S. Federal Government was shut down for 16 days for the first time in 17 years.  As an employee of a company who relied on federal contracts, Keshia realized the need to be self-employed.   It was this moment that fueled the importance of a strategic plan that would incorporate all the talents of Keshia Askew and establish a new company.

     So in 2014, TDA Web Design & Consulting was overhauled and became TDA Consulting (TDA) with a business strategy build for success.  TDA encompasses the various opportunities resulting from ventures/hobbies of Keshia Askew to include:  web design, publications, accounting and tax services, event planning (birthdays, vacations, weddings, etc), and business organization logistics (administration, procurement, information and technical services).  Today, TDA Consulting works with three (3) small business owners to manage their daily operations.  So contact Keshia Askew to find services to fit your personal or professional needs.
